Craig Dadoly
Chief enteRETAINer, The Dadoly Group, LLC
During the first 10 years of his 15 year training industry career, Craig did his best to help put learners to sleep. His epiphany occurred when he fell asleep taking one of his own e-learning courses. In search of enlightenment he studied the works of Schank, McKee, Masie, Godin, Pink and others and imagined the concept of enteRETAINment. Craig is an independent enteRETAINer and has designed and developed over 200 e-learning courses. Craig lives in Austin, TX with his wife and daughter. http://www.dadoly.com . . . follow Craig on Twitter
Bill Sleep
President, Commitment to Coaching Inc.
It takes creative and unusual techniques to penetrate the armor of the disinterested and under-inspired. Agile wisdom and no holds barred candor is often necessary to challenge and coach high achievers and alpha leaders.
Thirty + years as an executive, business owner, franchisee and franchisor in wildly successful businesses and a few "why did we do that?" situations provided hands on experience that cultivated 1000 examples which enable my "art of the story" coaching techniques.
Commitment to Coaching has worked with over 50 different retail, service and companies in other sectors to build a foundation for growth or change by focusing on strategic planning, leadership development, communications, skills development and building customer/coworker driven cultures.
The only thing that provides a greater adrenaline rush than learning is coaching. I am a Raving LEARNatic about playing it forward and passing on the knowledge with which I have been blessed.
Bill lives in Austin Texas with his wife and visits regularly with his two "off the payroll" daughters. In his spare time he competes in running, triathlon and long-distance paddling events. www.commitmenttocoaching.com
Stacey S. Rickman
Associate - Learning/Dev, Pharmaceutical Industry
I am presently an associate supporting learning and development within the pharmaceutical industry. My primary focus is building technical social networks or as we call them communities of practice. Getting colleagues to share best practices, lessons learned and tribal knowledge through the use of social media is extremely exciting. The technology seems to be where we focus most, but it’s the social science that’s really challenging. Build it and they will share is not true, but the potential is incredible. I have spent years engaged in diversity initiatives, performance management and career development. These experiences have led me to explore the question of learning agility. Are you as learning agile as the industry requires? More importantly, are you as learning agile as you would like to be? And if not, what barriers and challenges stand in the way of experiencing the learnatic in you? These are the areas I want to explore with you.
On a personal a note, I am married with three children. I enjoy networking and continuous learning. When I have time to myself, which is rare, I spend some of it exploring how I feel and think about what I have recently learned. I find myself questioning all that I have learned. For me, it is not an exercise of finding answers as much as it is continuing to explore the question. I would love to have known Socrates. Not many things excites me as much as a good question. So indulge me as I explore questions with you and let’s learn together. My mission is this: I strive to be better than the person I have become. How about you? What’s your personal aim?
